Get ready for our closing art show on May 21th @ 5pm! We, @hotelbironwinebar are honored and excited to have local artist @kundan_baidwan debut her solo exhibit "Dot Delectus" at our wine bar. Kundan is also the artist that has painted the beautiful mural for our bathroom. There will be a raffle @8:30pm which includes a round of chambongs, wine, art from the artist, etc. All money from our raffle will go to our artist! Kundan on her work - Examining our environment as a complex matrix of overlapping systems - the organic and the conceived - I imagine it from the most basic unit, a dot. A single point that expands on a cadence. With each voluptuous dot, methodically and individually iterated, my work is an extended meditation on finding a rhythm between formelessness and pattern. Creating paintings that both engage and mesmerize, as we try to apply a coherent system of meaning.
